Our comprehensive diabetes education series covers:

  • What is Diabetes?
  • Monitoring Your Blood Sugar
  • Developing Your Picture Perfect Meal Plan
  • Eating Out and Making Good Food Choices
  • Understanding Your Diabetes Medication
  • Best Exercises to Control Blood Sugar
  • Chronic Complications, Coping with Diabetes and Stress Management

In addition to classes offered in English, we specialize in providing multicultural and multilingual classes. Currently we offer classes in Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Spanish and Vietnamese.

New languages will be considered on an as needed basis.

We accept most insurance including Medicare, Affinity Medical Group, Alameda Alliance for Health, Alta Bates Medical Group as well as all PPO plans.
