You are welcome to download the handouts and use them for patient education purposes. These handouts are in PDF format and you will need Acrobat Reader to view them. These Project Dulce patient education handouts were translated into various languages in collaboration with the Council of Community Clinics-San Diego with the support from a HRSA HCAP grant.
